Clients hiring our simulators agree to provide a suitable, level setup area with access to power, ensure guest safety and supervision at all times, avoid misuse or damage to equipment, and follow all reasonable instructions from MGS staff during setup and operation. Any damage caused by negligence may be charged to the hirer.
While we take all precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Modern Golf Society is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse or unsafe behavior, weather-related cancellations or interruptions beyond our control, or losses resulting from third-party actions or event disruptions.
